Technical Requirements:

• Big band sound system, stage monitors, microphones: brass - one microphone each, drums - six to eight microphones, piano - two microphones, guitar and bass or double bass - microphones or optional line
• Newly tuned concert piano
• Stage with platforms for the sections as per the stage plan (preferred but not imperative)
• Green room, soft drinks
• Parking space and free access for unloading instruments
• Transportation: one bus or five automobiles
